Todd Headlee has over 19 years of extensive management and technology company experience. Todd also has over seven years of Energy technology experience, having worked with over 600 electric utilities worldwide. Prior to joining Silent Power, Todd held numerous positions at Hunt Technologies, assuming the roles of Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operating Officer, then President and Chief Executive Officer. Other executive experiences include Chief Information Officer for Universal Pensions, an industry giant in financial services, and co-founder of Javelin Technologies, a leading Midwestern software consulting firm. Todd has a BA degree in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University.



W. John Frederick

W. John Frederick joined Silent Power in December 2008 and currently serves the company as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. A veteran of the technology and power industries for more than twenty five years, Mr. Frederick held executive level General Management, Marketing and Sales management positions with ADC, Zareba Systems, and Onan Corporation (now a division of Cummins Engine) prior to joining Silent Power. John holds degrees from Iowa State University (BS in Electrical Engineering) and the University of St. Thomas (MBA). He serves on the Board of Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest and has been an advisory board member to several technology startups.



Anne M. Archibald
Chief Financial Officer

As CFO for Silent Power and A. Johnson Enterprises, Anne Archibald oversees the financial management of Silent Power along with Johnson Properties, Integrated Retirement Initiatives, MN Thermal Science and Johnson Enterprises. Anne previously served as Vice President and Controller of Greystone Managed Investments, Inc., one of Canada’s largest pension fund managers. Anne has also held senior finance positions at IMC Global (now Mosaic Co, a division of Cargill), and Co-operators Life Insurance Company.

A native of the Brainerd area, Anne attended the University of North Dakota, then received her Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation through the Society of Management Accountants of Saskatchewan and her MBA through Athabasca University in Alberta, Canada.
