The Silent Power OnAlert™ Backup Power System operates independently and automatically to make the transition from grid power to battery power seamless for the living and working environments. The switchover to battery backup is seamless and happens so quick that many users may not even notice that they have a power outage. When the grid electricity is restored, the OnAlert™ Backup Power System automatically switches back to normal operation and recharges the batteries to be prepared for the next outage.
At the heart of the system is an Integrated Inverter/Charger System that monitors the grid for interruptions and provides the energy conversion and battery charging capabilities. The system is enclosed in an industrial grade enclosure that also contains the backup batteries to complete an all in one package that is easy to install and maintain throughout the life of the system.
